Thrills Marketing Celebrates Growth: Luisa Urbina Promoted to HR Manager

Thrills Marketing is proud to celebrate the promotion of Luisa Urbina to HR Manager, a well-earned recognition of her exceptional talent, dedication, and energy. Since joining the team as an HR Assistant, Luisa has consistently brought warmth, professionalism, and structure to every interaction. Her rise within the company reflects her strong work ethic, people-centered mindset, and a clear passion for elevating others, qualities that make her a natural fit for leadership.

Born and raised in Venezuela, Luisa earned her degree in Medicine and Radiology from the prestigious Central University of Venezuela (UCV). Driven by a passion for helping others, she pursued a career in healthcare and eventually found herself working at TimeDoc Health in the United States as a Care Coordinator Medical Trainer. There, she thrived in a fast-paced environment, building productive relationships and helping train new team members entering the field of telemedicine.

While she found her healthcare experience rewarding, Luisa began to realize that her calling reached beyond patient care. She wanted to play a more active role in the professional journeys of the people around her. That realization led her to human resources, where she saw an opportunity to use her interpersonal skills and training background to help employees thrive at every stage of their career.

“With years of experience in healthcare and onboarding, I realized I was missing the ability to directly contribute to employees’ long-term success,” Luisa shares. “At Thrills, I get to support candidates from the moment they apply and help guide their professional growth with the team.”

That people-first philosophy has shaped Luisa’s approach to HR from day one. She’s not just placing resumes into folders or printing orientation packets; she’s building trust, encouraging development, and ensuring that each team member feels valued and seen. Whether she’s coordinating day-one onboarding sessions or stepping in to talk through career advancement paths, Luisa leads with empathy and humility. Her ability to listen, learn quickly, and bring structure to the HR function has already made a significant impact on the company culture at Thrills Marketing.

And she brings her own unique style to the role, too. Known around the office for her thoughtful demeanor and lighter moments of fun, Luisa keeps the energy balanced and the culture strong. A lover of wings, medium to hot, she’s always down for adventurous flavors and big conversations. She dreams of dinner with J.K. Rowling, a woman she admires for her creativity and resilience. Her favorite band is Coldplay, fitting for someone whose work inspires connection and steady support.

As she steps into her new role, Luisa is excited about the path ahead, not just for her own growth, but for the growth she can help unlock in others.

“This role is about more than titles or promotions,” she says. “It’s about building a system where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to become better every day. I’m proud to be part of a company that believes in developing its team from within.”

Thrills Marketing’s dedication to internal development is one of the pillars that sets the company apart. Luisa’s story is a shining example of how the right environment, paired with drive and heart, can lead to incredible achievements. Her promotion is a testament to what’s possible when an individual with deep care for others is placed in a role that allows them to thrive.

We are beyond excited to see where Luisa takes the HR department in this next chapter and how her influence will continue to shape our company’s future.

Please join us in congratulating Luisa Urbina on her well-deserved promotion. Her journey reminds us that growth is about more than climbing a ladder; it’s about reaching out, lifting others, and building a team that’s stronger together.

At Thrills Marketing, we’re committed to supporting every individual’s professional development, and we’re just getting started.
